Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is essentially a model of excellence and achievement, or 'what works'. NLP is the study of how people think, behave, and how thoughts are translated into words and actions. NLP supports personal and systems change and has many applications. The techniques learned can be applied to various situations in your personal and business life. NLP studies the structure of how humans think and experience the world. Obviously, the structure of something so subjective does not lend itself to precise, statistical formulae but instead leads to models of how these things work. From these models, techniques for quickly and effectively changing thoughts, behaviours and beliefs that limit you have been developed.
Neuro refers to the mind and how we think and our use of our five senses.
Linguistic refers to how we use verbal and non-verbal language and how it affects us.
Programming refers to the patterns or systems or programmes that occur in our communication, combining our thinking and thoughts with our verbal and non-verbal language.
NLP can enhance all aspects of your life from improving your relationships with loved ones, learning to teach effectively, gaining a stronger sense of self esteem, greater motivation, better understanding of communication, enhancing your business or career, bending steel bars in a single bound and an enormous amount of other things that involve the use of your brain.

"The best thing about the past is that it's over. The best thing about the future is that it's yet to come. The best thing about the present is that it's here now." Richard Bandler (Co-Founder of NLP)
On a personal level, NLP is particularly effective in helping people to reframe the baggage of the past, demolish limiting beliefs, and build confidence.
