Counselling provides a safe supportive environment to deal with a whole range of issues. You will be treated with respect and understanding by a Counsellor and Life Coach with many years experience.

I understand how difficult it is to make those first steps to seek help, especially for personal problems, and seeing someone face to face can put you off completely.  Worrying endlessly about problems can make you physically and emotionally unwell, which can ultimately affect so many different parts of your life.

Email Counselling is completely confidential, where you can write your issues and concerns down and as an experienced counsellor and Life and Mind coach will help you to put things into perspective and assist you into moving into a more positive new life.  I do not use psychological jargon and will always take your issues seriously.

You will be respected as individual, given one-to-one attention, and some space and time to understand and be understood.

I am located in the UK (South-East), however I work with people across the world. As contact is through Email, location is insignificant. 

How it all works

My Email Counselling offers great flexibility and convenience, with straightforward simple charging procedures.

If you are unsure if Counselling is for you, please email and ask any questions. I will be completely honest and advise you if I am unable to help you.  I also ask all clients to complete a short questionnaire, which will also help you and I decide whether email counselling is ok for you. The questionnaire will allow me to gather some basic information in advance. All information you provide will remain completely confidential.

Please note: I do not feel email counselling is appropriate for clients experiencing specific suicidal feelings. If you are feeling suicidal, please consider contacting your doctor or an organisation such as The Samaritans immediately.

Costs and Charging

My charging has been designed to ensure it offers greater flexibility and value for money, whilst remaining professional and thorough. As email lengths and timing of responses vary a great deal, I like to avoid charges that make you write or restrict you to write a specific amount of words in an email. For email Counselling to work I feel it is important that you have freedom to as much or as little as you feel necessary. If you require further explanation or clarification, I do not want you to be concerned with additional costs from sending another email. Therefore, my charges are set through a fixed 2 week charge for unlimited email.

£60 - 2 weeks unlimited email.
